Can I see the merchandise before I buy it?

Merchandise is available for viewing at each campus, please reach out to PALS if you would like to view an item before purchase.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed on the 15th of every month, and delivered to the school on the 30th of each month, or the following Monday if it occurs on a weekend. In order to qualify for that month's order, orders must be placed by 11:59pm on the 14th. Any orders placed after the cutoff will be processed in the next month's order.

Is the website secure?

Yes. The website is hosted by Shopify which uses a complex security system to ensure all transactions and data are processed in the safest way possible. Many well-known websites trust Shopify to handle their customer data.


Do you ship orders?

Currently, we only process orders for pickup at the three campuses. In the future we hope to offer shipping, but since we are run by parent volunteers, pickup is the easiest option.

How do I select which campus to pick up my order?

When you checkout, you will be prompted to select one of the campuses as your preferred location.

Will I receive notification when my order is ready?

Yes, once your order is processed and available for pickup, you will receive an alert.

How long will my order be at the school?

Your order will be at the school for two weeks after it is processed. Any orders not picked up will be forfeited. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All orders are final sale with exceptions made only for product defects. There are samples available at each campus to see the products up close or try them on for size.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not process exchanges at this time and all orders are final sale. 


What is PALS?

PALS is the Parents Association of La Scuola. We support the school with fundraising, activities, and community building. All profit proceeds are used by PALS to help the school and plan community building events.
